01. Introduction
Bixie PTE LTD (“Bixie”) runs the Bixie app and website: a platform for goal setting, financial literacy, community, expense tracking and access to third-party financial products.
This policy explains how we collect, use, keep and disclose your Personal Data, and how we protect it.
02. Definitions
Personal Data means your Personal Financial Data and Personal Identification Data.
Non-Personal Data is data that can't reasonably identify you, such as aggregated data and app usage.
Third-party partners are organisations that help us provide or improve our services.
03. Our privacy principles
We only collect the data we need to deliver and improve our services, and we limit staff and contractor access to specific purposes and time periods.
We do not sell, trade, rent or disclose your Personal Data to third parties, except as described in section 04.
04. The data we collect
Registration: your email address and device ID, to run your account, contact you and tailor the app.
Security: optional biometric log-in using your device's own tools.
Connected accounts and applications: if you choose to connect financial accounts or apply for third-party products, we may collect account details, balances, transactions, mobile number or date of birth, only at your request or with your consent.
Analytics: app usage, cookies and tools such as Amplitude, OneSignal and Google Analytics.
Payments: card details are handled by third-party payment processors, never stored by Bixie.
Sharing: with business partners only with your consent, or where required for security, legal or regulatory reasons.
05. Aggregated data
We may combine de-identified data into aggregated datasets for research, statistics, service improvement and marketing. If you believe your data was included by mistake, email info@mybixie.com.
06. Data retention
We keep Personal Data only as long as needed for its purpose. Non-Personal and aggregated data may be kept indefinitely.
07. Deletion, correction and access
You can ask us to delete your account or data in the app or by emailing info@mybixie.com. Deletion is permanent.
You can also ask to access or correct your data. A reasonable administrative fee may apply to access requests.
08. Data security
Please use a strong, unique password and only download Bixie from official app stores.
We use firewalls, encryption, multi-level authentication and restricted database access. No system is completely immune to attack.
09. Changes to this policy
We'll tell you about significant changes before they take effect. Continuing to use Bixie means you accept them.
10. Governing law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Singapore.
11. Your acceptance
By using the Bixie app or website, you accept this Privacy Policy.

General
These terms are between Bixie PTE LTD (“we”) and you, the user of the Bixie service.
Access to the Bixie service
Bixie is available online and through the App Store and Google Play. All use is governed by these terms.
Licence and restrictions
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Bixie on your device. You may not copy, distribute, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the service.
Intellectual property
Bixie's graphics, designs, source code and service names are our intellectual property and may not be used in ways likely to cause confusion.
Feedback
You can send us feedback through several channels. We may use it to improve Bixie, and may contact you about the service.
Collection and use of data
We may collect diagnostic, technical and usage data, and location data if you enable location services. You can request account deletion at any time. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these terms.
Acting as your authorised agent
When we retrieve information from your financial accounts at your request, we act as your agent. We aren't endorsed by those institutions and can't guarantee the accuracy of their data.
Third-party links and information
Links and content from third parties are for information only and are governed by their own terms.
Support and warranty
Support is provided at our discretion. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and you use it at your own risk.
Liability and indemnity
We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you've paid, except where the law says otherwise. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.

Some features require a paid membership. See our Pricing page for current plans.
Acceptable use
Don't use Bixie unlawfully or in ways that are misleading or that harm the service or others. We may suspend access for maintenance, security or suspected fraud, and will let you know as soon as reasonably practicable.
Changes, waiver, assignment and severance
We may update these terms at any time. Not enforcing a right doesn't waive it. Neither party may transfer these terms without written consent. If any part is invalid, the rest still applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
